FiNALLY MRS.ENCE!

So, it's official! WE'RE MARRIED! The day came and went by soo fast. It honestly feels like a dream. We have already been married for over a week now. It's so crazy how you quickly adapt to new situations.

Well first I got my endownments out the night before. It was quite the experience, and very unforgettable. The temple was amazing and the blessings that I recieved were amazing to say the least! It was so good to have all my family and Jesse's family there! That night I slept at my grandma's house on the pull out couch with my mom.. let's just say I didn't sleep to well. I woke up every hour wondering what time it was! That morning all my sisters came to my new house by the temple to help me get ready. It was good to be with them all. Then at 7:50 I made my way to the temple.. I was soo nervous, but soo anxious! I have to leave a lot of details out about the temple, but I am soo happy that we chose to get married and sealed for time&all Eternity. I would not want to have gotten married any other way. I felt the spirit soo strongly and to see all my sisters sitting together in white was the most amazing thing I could have ever invisioned! Well, we got married!! It was a great morning. After that we went to the luncheon. It was nice to sit down, but I couldn't eat cause I was so nervous about the song I was singing to Jesse! It went fine though! & Thank you to Angela and Cliff for making our wedding video, it turned out wonderful. After the luncheon we got ready for the reception. ( Thank you to all those who helped decorate and make it soo beautiful) I was soo worried about the weather with my outside reception, but it couldn't have turned out more perfect!!!!!! Well we stood in line from 7-930, it was a solid stream of people. It was good to see those who came, but I was hoping more of my friends could have made it.. Oh well. Thank you to those who did! Anyways- after the reception we went and stayed at the suite in the town and country suite Marriotts. It was a fun room to stay in. It had a jet tub in our bedroom!! That morning we woke up and headed to California. It was a looonnggg drive, and it sure tested our patients with those darn California drivers. Bumper-to-bumper traffic for hours!! But we finally made it to Cali. That night we stayed at another Marriott. That afternoon we went and had lunch with Cara & Todd since they were vacationing in Cali too. Then we aboarded our cruise ship! It was a fun time. It was soo nice to just relax and spend time with Jesse. We met some friends, a lot of drunk people, I sang some karaoke, we danced at the club (yes, he danced), and we came home with amazing sunburns. Not to mention Jesse got his fake watch and Cuban Cigar, and  I came home sea sick and had a flaming coldsore the whole time! Ha, other than that, it was a good time!!

After our honeymoon we came home, to our home!! The only thing in there was presents, bags of clothes, a couch, chair, and a bed! Well, that meant I went to work. We went and spent a lot of gift cards at Target and got some necessity things! Our house is slowly but surely becoming our home. And it's soo fun to go home to it and be with Jesse everynight!!! Here are some pictures of the start of our home...

Our living room- Still needs some decorating! Thanks Tammy for the furniture!

Our Kitchen- Still need to do some decorating up on the top of the cupboards

Our bathroom- I honestly love how it turned out!!

Our Bedroom- My FAVORITE room in the house so far!! I am still going to do some more things to it, but for right now it'll do :)

Here are some rugs I want to get for my room- Which one do you like more??

Well, back to reality. I have to catch up on work, so does Jesse, but it is always comforting going home to him, and know I will see him :) He is a wonderful husband. I love him!! He would do anything in the world for me, and I hope he feels I would do the same. I am excited to be his wife and be the mother of his children someday, cause he is going to be one extrodinary father (he learned from great example). I know marriage is not easy, but I am soo ready to take on this wonderful challenge with him and test our relationship through the tough and good times. I am soo estatic to finally be an ENCE! :)

Single Digits?!

I can't tell you how fast these past couple weeks have flown by! But I also can't tell you how SLOW this week is going by. I am going to officially be Alyssa Anne Ence next saturday! It's very surreal! I also can't tell you how READY I am to be married to Jesse. My advice is to be engaged as short as possible! It has been fun and all, but I would much rather be married :) Jesse lately has been such a sweetheart to me, not that he never has been before, but I am pretty sure he is ready to be married too. He is starting to put my needs before his own, which I hope I am doing in return.
Wedding- Everything is done, invites out (sorry if you didn't get one), pictures are done, decorations are done. Only one minor detail is still up in the air... the CAKE! Yes, I do hope there will be one at the reception. If not, enjoy the beauty of the cupcakes, they WILL be there! My mom is supposed to be making it, but  I can't make up my mind. I have not seen a cake that just has blown me away like all the other stuff has throughout my wedding planning. I see ideas like, yeah, that would be ok.  But I just want to LOVE my cake like I LOVE the rest of my wedding. I also hope that the weather works out, it's been crazy lately.

But you know what, I was talking to Todd (Cara's crazy husband), and I told him my concern of the weather since my reception is outside. He said to me, "It rained on my wedding on August 8th! But I didn't care one bit, because all that mattered was that I was married!" Yes, weird coming from Todd, but great advice.  I'm sure all the stuff will matter right now uptill the day before my wedding, but mostly I am looking forward to the temple. To kneel across the alter with Jesse and be sealed for eternity..

SO YES, 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1... MARRIED-

Can't tell I'm excited right?

With Yellow and a Purple flower that would be cute!

Without the ugly flowers on top- I like

Really simple, yet elegant

This would be SOO fun!!

Pretty!

Colors? Maybe too much?

Both of these are pretty and simple
